Titusville Council

Titusville City Council holds its final public meeting in the Towne Square Building on Wednesday evening. Beginning with the scheduled March 19 meeting, council will return to City Hall for the first time in at least 15 years.

Major concerns over the continued viability of Titusville’s Public Works buildings were brought to light during City Council’s public meeting earlier this week.

Joe Roddy, of engineering firm Stiffler-McGraw, told council on Wednesday evening that he was requested to conduct an analysis on the garage, at 120 St. John St., to determine the feasibility of installing a rubber membrane roof atop the building after black mold was discovered inside a wall. That led to discovery of a long-standing roof leak.
