Pathways buys Oil City Pizza Hut

After nearly 50 years in business, the Pizza Hut in Oil City will be closing in the next few days. The property is being purchased by Pathways Adolescents Center to house residents.

Pizza Hut in Oil City is scheduled to close in the next few days and the property at 394 North Seneca St. is being purchased by Pathways, which is nearby at 370 North Seneca St. and plans to house residents at the Pizza Hut property.

“The sales agreement is done, but we won’t close until mid-April,” Pathways Chief Executive Officer Nate Neely said.
