Valley Grove School Board members approved a contract Monday with Shawgo Realty of Franklin to sell the 429 Wiley Ave. property where the school district’s former administrative offices were located.

Board members voted last year to move the district offices to Valley Grove Elementary School, and that move took place late last month.
