A dryer fire took place on Tuesday, on Jefferson Street in Oil City at 9:53 p.m. according to Venango County 911. Oil City police, Oil City Fire Department, Franklin Fire Department and Seneca Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene, which cleared at 10:31 p.m.
