A semitractor-trailer jack-knifed into a ditch on I-80 eastbound near mile marker 38 in Emlenton at 5:39 a.m., according to Venango County 911. Franklin state police, Emlenton Fire Department and Emlenton Area Ambulance Service responded to the scene, which cleared at 6:14 a.m.
