Local residents can beat the winter blues with a taste of the Franklin food scene on Saturday with the return of the annual Taste of Franklin event.

Held from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. and hosted by the Franklin Retail and Business Association, the event will feature food samples from 14 participating Retail Association businesses in the downtown area.
