Roman’s Refuge representative speaks at monthly meeting

Deb Hardy of Roman’s Refuge, Inc. was the guest speaker at the South Side Neighborhood Association’s monthly meeting on Tuesday at the Oil City Library. The program focused on care and adoption for stray and feral cats in the community. Hardy is pictured above explaining to the community group how Roman’s Refuge began.
